Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide transparent guidelines for returns and exchanges. All requests must comply with the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Defective/Damaged Products: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery only for items with verified defects, shipping damage, or significant discrepancies from the product description.

Customized Products: Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., engraved goods, made-to-order products) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Eligible Returns
We DO NOT accept returns for:

Non-defective items or minor imperfections not affecting functionality

Change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or accidental purchases

Customized products (as stated above)

Requests initiated after 10 days of delivery

3. Return Process
To request a return/exchange:

Email [sales@kf-motor.com] within 3 days of discovering the defect. Provide:

Order number

Clear photos/video evidence of the issue

If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return address.

Package the item securely with the RMA visible.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Issued via original payment method within 5-10 business days post-inspection.

Exchanges: Limited to identical in-stock items.

5. Custom Products
Defective custom products will be replaced (if feasible) or refunded. Non-defective custom orders are irrevocable.
